Camp Wilder offers a fully immersive, screen-free outdoor experience designed to help kids build confidence, independence, and unforgettable memories.

Your camper’s tuition covers:

4-Day / 3-Night Sleep-away Adventure

At our private cabin in Markleeville, CA

Tuition: $1,250 per camper

Sibling Discount: $75 off each additional child

  • A variety of breakfast foods on a picnic table, including bacon, blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, grilled sausages, and cornbread, with a container of blueberries and a pink drink in a clear cup.

    Food

    Three carefully curated meals every day including healthy and delicious food that will fuel your campers for endless fun!

    I will carefully curate a menu for your campers session that follows any dietary restrictions or guidelines necessary. This menu will be approved by you and your camper prior to your session.

    Activities

    Every day will be filled with engaging and exciting activities that will separate kids from screens and reignite their love for the outdoors and new experiences. From creek exploration, bike riding, and arts and crafts, as well as many more, campers will have days filled with excitement!

  • Lodging

    Camp Wilder is based out of a quaint and cozy cabin in Markleeville, CA. It is a one room cabin with a small kitchen and a private bathroom with a hot shower! The cabin is perfect and cozy but its best trait is its location. We are surrounded by the most beautiful and accessible wilderness in the world!

    Transportation

    Your children will be transported by me, Miss Kate, every time. I will provide pick up and drop off services as well as any transportation of fun activities around the cabin.

    I drive a Dodge Ram truck that safely provides plenty of room for campers as well as any cargo, including bikes, lake kayaks, and any other toys needed for ample amounts of fun!

Lodging - $325

Covers cabin use, utilities, maintenance, cleaning, and the cozy, small-group environment that makes Camp Wilder special.

Meals - $165

12 nutritious homemade meals + snacks

(Approximately $15 per meal, including fresh ingredients and prep time.)

Transportation - $110

Round-trip shuttle from Reno to Markleeville, covering fuel, insurance, and vehicle wear.

Activities & Gear - $185

Adventure equipment, trail, craft supplies, permits, and hot springs passes.

Supervision - $365

24/7 supervision, 10+ years of professional nanny/care experience, safety certifications, and planning time before and after camp.

Insurance and Admin. - $100

Covers camp insurance, registration systems, and miscellaneous business expenses.
